Hootsuite
I lead the strategy around the Free and Pro user email onboarding experience, including A/B testing different experiences to increase user retention. I was employed at Hootsuite during its hyper-growth stage and helped grow the user base from 3 million to 12 million users. Click on the image for some email examples. >>
